Then they take an embrio from an animal the same species as the animal that will be cloned. Then they extract DNA from the embrio and replace it with the DNA sample from the animal that's going to be cloned. Then they place it back in the womb or uterus of the animal the embrio belongs to. It's not really cloning like what you see on the science fiction channel, that's why it's science fiction.
