Nowhere, for 'every' man. Those who are members of God's Church, being baptized upon repentance, receive the gift of God's Holy Spirit and are given some degree of various gifts of which faith is one (see 1 Corinthians 12). But The Bible does describe those who have this living faith.
The Bible defines faith as this in what is commonly called 'the Faith chapter:'
Hebrews 11:1New International Version (NIV)
Faith in Action11 Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
Many have come to 'believe' in God but that doesn't mean they have faith per se. Remember what James told us here:
James 2:19New International Version (NIV)
19 You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that-and shudder.
In the Bible then, faith is defined as one who is to fully believe in (have 100% trust in someone - in this case God - to believe in and act on the truth of His Word - which in the written form is the Bible - and to live for the greatest of causes which is salvation for all who believe in the coming Kingdom of God referred to as the 'Good News.'
Mark 1:14-15New International Version (NIV)
Jesus Announces the Good News14 After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God. 15 "The time has come," he said. "The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!"

The reference you have in mind is probably Romans 12:3 - For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.(KJV)
The Bible was given to people through divine inspiration. The writers of the Bible were told by God what to write. He also inspired the people who put it together so they knew what writings to include. The Old Testament scriptures were given to the Jews first and anyone who joined the Jews and followed their faith. Then after Jesus came, the Holy Spirit was given to the disciples at the Pentecost and they were sent out into the world to share the Gospel with non-Jews.
Green is the first color mentioned in the KJV bible. (Genesis 1:30) "I have given every green herb for meat"

King James sought out 54 of the best biblical scholars of the day to translate the bible. 47 men were known for completing the task. They were divided into six groups, each group given a portion of scripture to translate. Every translator translated his section by himself then came together with the other translators of his section to compare their translations. A good book to find out why the KJV has a reputation of being a superior translation to modern bible versions is "Defending The King James Bible" by D.A. Waite.
God Given Faith. FAITH!
In the Bible, grace is often described as undeserved favor or kindness given by God to humanity. It is God's unmerited love and compassion that allows for forgiveness, salvation, and blessings to be freely given to those who believe in Him.Grace is seen as a gift from God that cannot be earned through good works, but is received through faith.
Another answer from our community:Galatians 3:22But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. The line what you said may come from a different translation, the verse above comes direct from the King James Version. While this is a popular concept in some circles, it is not found in the Bible. The Bible does say that faith comes from God (Ephesians 2:8).I must admit you got me stumped. My search produced no answer. But, if I may ask, does mere acting and not really having faith have merits in God's eye?Another answer----------------------Here Paul describes where faith comes from and how God has given it to believers.Romans 10:17Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.Romans 12:3Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you.Ephesians 2:8For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-

People are born with a capacity to have natural faith. This is the kind of faith that every healthy person has. When you sit on a chair you are sure that the chair will hold you up. Saving faith is not inborn. It is given by God and that is the only way it can be acquired.
The Bible states, “ You must forgive 77 times, for the one who hurt you... needs it most.” We all need to forgive each other, in order to live out our faith and fulfill the quest we were given from birth.
The first color mentioned in the bible was green. Genesis 1:30 "And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so."
