Nowhere, for 'every' man. Those who are members of God's Church, being baptized upon repentance, receive the gift of God's Holy Spirit and are given some degree of various gifts of which faith is one (see 1 Corinthians 12). But The Bible does describe those who have this living faith.
The Bible defines faith as this in what is commonly called 'the Faith chapter:'

Many have come to 'believe' in God but that doesn't mean they have faith per se. Remember what James told us here:

In the Bible then, faith is defined as one who is to fully believe in (have 100% trust in someone - in this case God - to believe in and act on the truth of His Word - which in the written form is the Bible - and to live for the greatest of causes which is salvation for all who believe in the coming Kingdom of God referred to as the 'Good News.'
