(Romans 1:26-27)"...Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error..."(NIV)

(1 Corinthians 6:9) "...Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who have sex with men...will inherit the kingdom of God."(NASB)

(Leviticus 20:13) "If there is a man who lies with a male as those who lie with a woman, both of them have committed a detestable act; they shall surely be put to death. Their bloodguiltiness is upon them."(NASB)

Answer

Male homosexuality was forbidden by Mosiac Law (Lev. 18:22; 20:13). The early church also considered homosexuality contrary to "sound doctrine" (1 Timothy 1:10), a sign of God's wrath upon blind sinfulness (Romans 1:26-27). Such behavior is considered a degrading passion, unnatural, an indecent act, and an error, even worth of death (Romans 1:32). Some of the Corinthian Christians apparently had been homosexuals (1 Cor. 6:9-11). Through faith in Christ they had been "washed", "sanctified", and "justified" (verse 11). Paul implied here that homosexual behavior is forgivable through the gospel and that any homosexual temptations should be resisted as seriously as those toward fornication or adultery.

In the Old Testament these were God's instruction to His people the Israelites:

Leviticus 20:13 If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.

The New Testament does not say you shouldn't sleep with someone of the same sex but homosexuals are mentioned here:

Romans 1:27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due.

and a few verses further on those who practice homosexuality are said to be worthy of death:

Romans 1:32 who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

Also homosexuals are mentioned here:

1Corinthians 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites,

1 Corinthians 6:9-11 says "Do you not know that unrighteous persons will not inherit God's kingdom? Neither fornicators, nor idolators...nor men who lie with men...will inherit God's kingdom. And yet that is what some of you were." The Bible does say that it's unnatural for men to lie with men but it also says at Mark 12:31 " 'You must love your neighbor as yourself' " so the Bible does not condone the mistreatment of these individuals. It also does not say that people who once did such things can never find favor in God's eyes or be pleasing to Him.

It doesn't literally say that (among other things, "sleep with" is a fairly modern euphemism for "have sex with"), but putting aside minor quibbles about the technical details of translation, then yes, it does. There is, of course, endless debate on precisely what it means and to whom it's meant to apply, but the fact that it's in there is not really open to question.
