The death penalty does not punish people for killing, but for murder or , "the unlawful and malicious or premeditated killing of one human being by another". The Fifth Amendment talks about this.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Above is correct- and the US Constitution does NOT say that killing is wrong. It places limits on being charged with a "capital crime"- which is one that carries the death penalty. It DOES prohibit "cruel and unusual punishment"- but the death penalty was not considered inherently "cruel and unusual. Burning someone alive WOULD be cruel and unusual. This is in the 8th Amendment. See link below
i have no idea but someone said there was seen principles of the constitution and im afraid to say that they are wrong there are only six!
You're thinking of the 10 Commandments from the Bible. The US Constitution doesn't say anything about killing people, although federal and state laws do.
In the Constitution they spelled the word Pennsylvania wrong at the bottom of the document. In the document it is spelled Pensylvania. actually wrong is spelled wrong so the answer is wrong
A respect for natural law is reflected in the U.S. Constitution. Natural law suggests that there is a sense of right and wrong that is universal.
yes, the constitution is very important without it, people say that we would still be in the Revolutionary War!

Well, if your happy and don't intend on killing yourself then I would say that there is nothing wrong with you.

Well... Some Would Say Light Is The Bad Guy Because He Kills And Killing Is Wrong But Others Say He's The Good Guy Because He's Killing Off Major Criminals And Making A Better World. He's Kind Of Both.
Don't Say Your Love Is Killing Me was created in 1996.
Good question. Killing is not wrong. Killing without justification is perhaps wrong. Any government has a duty to protect its citizens. That duty often is onerous. Decisions have to be made. Some of which we may all not agree with. A decision was made, by duly appointed people, that killing Osama bin Laden would be for the common good. It was therefore carried out by the will of the people. It may have been wrong to do so.
The courts are required to say what is right and wrong in a matter. With incidents coming up they can resolve it.
No. You have gotten wrong information. There is a change in the administration not in the constitution.
absolutley not. It is actually an honorable situation in takawiahalmke.
