If one was looking to purchase Yorkie Teacup puppies the best place to start would be a licensed reputable breeder. Those can be found online through breeders associations and usually specialize in a particular breed. For examply a Yorkie breeder is not likely to also sell German shepherds.

The dogs are originally very expensive, and if they are 'free' that might mean there is something wrong with the dogs. Do more research before buying a teacup Yorkie and don't trust advertisements listing anything as 'free'.
