The Urethra carries the urine as it exits the body & is a part of the hood of the external vagina. If the "top" of the vagina is closest to the front of the body & the bottom closest to the Rectum, then the Urethra is at the "top" of the vagina more or less where the vaginal "Lips" come together to form the upside down "/"
