She lived in the Philippines from 1995-2007. She enrolled high school in Philippine Pasay Chung Hua academy, a Chinese School. She might have learnt of the Chinese language from this school. "her past teacher told us that sandara park's grades are low" quoted from the previous answer (if this was true, it would be because of the language barrier I guarantee this because I experienced it myself) from her past interviews you would know she has a great memory and she is actually a smart girl just really dorky so whoever is telling different stories and opinions about her, always remember those aren't facts especially because they didn't come from a reliable source. She left the Philippines in 2007 and YG entertainment took her as a trainee. She was then chosen to be one of the members of K-pop group 2ne1.

So, it's obvious that she learned Chinese language and her past teacher told us that sandara park's grades are low.

She leaved philippines since 2007 and YGent. took her as an actress because YG said that K-POP doesn't fit sandara's look but when sandara started acting,

YG impressed and he make sandara as one of the K-POP.

and they started to make the first hip-hop girl group with 4 members, CL,minji,Bom,and of course sandara ! that girl group is what we call 2NE1!
