New International Version (NIV)
10 For if, while we were God's enemies, we were reconciled to him through the death of his Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved through his life!
Satan and his angels are God's enemies. Furthermore, the Bible mentions that those who willfully disobey God are "enemies in the mind because of [their] evil behavior".
It does not say this in the bible.
It simply does not say this in the Bible.
As your question comes under the heading of The Bible, I take it that your question is referring to the enemies of the Bible. Satan and his followers would be the first on the list. Then I would say those who re write the bible as they think it should be written. Perhaps those who purposly left out certain books of the bible when it was first compiled. Last that I can think of would be those who have read it, prayed about it and yet still believe that it is not the word of God and openly say so.

The phrase "but God" appears in 44 verses of the KJV bible.
The Bible has no line that I am aware of to that effect.

It's God.
