What two rivers flow into Colorado?

The Arkansas River arises in Colorado and still has that name when it flows into the Mississippi. It's the only Colorado river I know of that flows directly into the Mississippi. The Platte (both the North and South) arise in Colorado and join in Nebraska before flowing into the Missouri, which then joins the Mississippi. The Republican and Smoky Hill Rivers join in Kansas to form the Kansas River, which then flows into the Missouri and thence the Mississippi. All other significant Colorado rivers that don't join one of the above either wind up in the Rio Grande or the Colorado River, neither of which ever joins the Mississippi.

What rivers have their source in Colorado?

There are four major rivers which originate or headwater in the Colorado mountains. They include the Platte River which drains most of northeastern Colorado from three major forks. Futher south, the Arkansas River headwaters at Fremont Pass northeast of Leadville. West of the Arkansas, the Rio Grande River headwaters above the town of Del Norte on the eastern slope of Wolf Creek Pass. These three rivers are all on the eastern slope and drain to the Gulf of Mexico. The fourth major river is of course the Colorado River which headwaters above Grand Lake near Granby, CO and is the only major river which lies on the western slope. It drains to the Pacific, entering the Gulf of California (formerly the Sea of Cortez) at the intersection of the Baja Peninsula and the mainalnd of Mexico.
