It goes over the rainbow ")
the sky has always been blue the only time it is not blue is at night
At night darkness emerges for which the sky seems to be black, though originally it is blue. The color blue is visible with the onset of dawn.
It is either black or dark blue
Because the artists thought it looked better.
Our sky is blue DURING THE DAY because of two things: 1) sunlight is entering our atmosphere 2) our atmosphere is thick enough to preferentially scatter blue light. If either (1) or (2) cease to be true, then the sky will NOT be blue. As night "falls," the sky does not go instantly from blue to black. Instead, less and less of our Sun's light is available to scatter, and thus the sky goes slowly from blue to black. It's the same way as you go higher and higher. There is no altitude at which there is simply no longer enough atmosphere to scatter enough sun light to give the sky a blue look. It is more the case that, as you go higher and higher, the sky becomes less and less blue -- just like at night "fall." For SOME idea of how our sky changes, check out a video of a space shuttle launch.
at night the sky is usually red due to the less amounts of sunlight the sky is blue in the day because of a process called scattering where the visible spectrum is reflected of of particles called aerosols. this was written by a sixth grader if you dont understand then too bad
You can go there if you have sky blue plains
16 miles
Yes, when there is a clear sky the sky always remains a dark blue colour throughout the night.
That's the blue sky we look up everyday. The blue sky is just a layer colored in blue. That's why when we go up higher into the atmosphere, we can see the "blue glow", that's the sky. :D
some scientists say the ocean is blue because the sky is blue. At night when the sky is dark, the ocean is too. Open bodies of water actually reflect the sky and the ambiant light from the atmosphere.
Peter and Anne both like going up to the attic to look at the blue sky
