It doesn't actually 'lead' anywhere. 'Flagged for improvement' simply puts a marker in the question - to signify either the question or the answer needs editing. It's like a teacher putting a sticker with 'see me' written on a pupils work.

That depends on what was wrong with the question. The flag will tell you what you did incorrectly (i.e. posted profanity, multiple exclamation marks, poor grammar, false information, etc.) so your best bet would be to see what the flag says and fix the answer. When in doubt, contact the supervisor.
To view only flagged photos in Lightroom 2022, you can use the filter option and select the "Flagged" filter to display only the photos that have been flagged. This will help you easily identify and work with the flagged photos in your library.

You can now Flag for Improvement! This handy new link located on the left in the menu area allows you to mark a Q&A as one that could use some TLC. This is especially useful when you are in a hurry or simply don't have the knowledge required to improve an answer. When you click on the link, you are presented with a pop up. You can choose one or more of the options listed and even place a detailed comment as to why you are marking an answer as needing improvement. These flagged Q&As (little outlaws!) can be accessed here or you can Browse by Category and see only those Q&As in a particular topic area. See something you want to clean up? Simply click on the Q&A, select Improve Answerand make your improvements. When you are done editing, remove the flags and comments related to the changes you made by clicking off the little checked boxes or selecting Edit Flags. So the next time you come across something questionable or in need of some help, don't turn a blind eye - remember to Flag for Improvement.
To "flag" an answer simply means to improve it. If there were spelling mistakes or vandalism (bad language, lies, spam, etc.), you can fix the simple things. To the right of the question is a button marked 'report abuse' - simply click that - and provide a reason for reporting it. Supervisors will be able to see the question 'flagged for improvement' - and will take appropriate action.
