I doubt there is an exact origin to it , just one of those expressions to get passed down through generations , probably in England . I remember my mother using the expression when i was younger to describe a situation when someone was screaming in an over dramatic fashion for the purpose of attention . For example ; " That kid in wal-mart was just screaming bloody murder when his mother took that toy away . " I have also heard another simular expression , usually out of anger : " Screaming bloody Jesus ! "

The phrase "a murder of crows" originated from a time when groups of animals were given specific names based on their behavior or characteristics. In this case, "murder" likely stems from the belief that crows gathered together bore some association with death or violence, hence the term.
This phrase means that the truth will eventually be revealed and that attempts to conceal a murder will not be successful in the long run. It suggests that no matter how hard someone may try to cover up a murder, the truth will eventually come out.
