it all depends on what you believe. if you were taught to believe that when you die your soul goes into limbo where you will be judged for whether you are going to go to heaven or hell but its all your religion and what you truly believe in.

Because the soul is created when humans while humans are in the mother, then it is alive because you are alive, and then when you die your body dies and gets buried and rots and decomposes. But the soul is taken by the angel of death Izrail. You die because your soul is taken out. The body is buried in the grave. The body is soul-less, lifeless. The soul is in the state of Barzak. Barzak is a temporary dream-like or sleep-like state the soul lives through temporarily. The soul awaits in this state until Judgement day or Doomsay. Allah (God) will judge every human that ever existed and whether they are going to Heaven or Hell. If the person goes to Heaven, life there is full of bliss and unimaginable happiness and joy. The soul lives there forever, everlasting, eternal. If the soul goes to Hell because of sins and sins and disbelief in God the soul can reside there for all eternity. Also Eternal. This shows the human soul is eternal when you look into Islam and look deeply into this topic.

∙ 11y agoAccording to The Bible your soul will go to heaven if you have surrenderred your life to Christ Jesus. The soul is immortal and will not die. Christians believe the soul of an unbeliever will spend eternity in hell
