The Atlantic coastal plain is important to us because that is helps ship and produce wood products
From the harbour of Archangelsk you would sail into Divna Bay on the White Sea (Arctic Ocean) from there you would sail into the Barents Sea (Arctic Ocean), and cross to the Norwegian Sea (Atlantic Ocean) and then to the North Sea (Atlantic Ocean), you would then sail up the Scheur river to Rotterdam.
You would be sailing on a boat or ship.
Take weather warning as far ahead when available, and then change course to avoid the cyclone area, if possible. If this is not possible, the ship must be made as storm-proof as possible (extra lashings on cargo and fittings, strapped down tarpaulins over hatchways, and so on).
How are you travelling? Plane, cruise ship, car? Combination of all three? There are too many variables. Flight layovers, holidays, miles to drive, depart time of crusie ship.....

Hopefully it's obvious that you cannot actually get from England to New York by car because the Atlantic Ocean is in the way. You could put the car on a ship, and ship it to New York, but that's kind of a different thing.
