Soporta's Band Practice step by step.1. Find Soporta to start the quest. Soporta is a frog and can be found on Atropos Isle. Get there by talking to Temperance in Treeton, she'll send you to Mare Isle, and dig in the northwestern corner of Mare Isle. This will take you to Palm Isle, and you can use the rowboat there to get to Atropos Isle.2. Soporta will tell you about his/her (can't remember which) band, and asks you to find the other members of the band. You'll need to find Remmihs, M-Lap, Calil and Eram.3. Remmihs is on Shimmer Isle, walk around until you find her. Talk to her, and she'll disappear.4. M-Lap is on Palm Isle. Talk to him and he'll disappear.5. Calil is on Lilac Isle. Repeat what you did with Remmihs & M-Lap.6. Eram is on Mare Isle, repeat what you did with the other three frogs.7. Return to Atropos. You'll find Soporta and his/her band members. Talk to Soporta to complete the quest.
