There is no area code 341 in North America (USA, Canada, etc.).

In 1999, area code 341 was assigned to be an overlay on area code 510 in Oakland, California, and other communities in the East Bay area of the San Francisco metropolitan area. However, that overlay plan was cancelled.

It is likely that at some point the 510/341 overlay will be resurrected, but as of 2014 no date has been set.
