In biblical christianity, showing repentance for sin is simply a confession and request of forgiveness and renewal. "Creativity" may be used to thank and praise Jesus for his love, acceptance, and grace. Repentance cannot be more or less than that. Any more could become a form of penance, which IS wrong because then you do not accept the free gift of God's grace. You EARN it, so it's not free.
