The bible doesn't talk about souls...it talks about spirits.
Poets,Writers, and Religions. The most notable poet to have talked about death was Egar Allan Poe. Shakespeare, a poet and witer has also talked about death. Any religion has talked about death, there are many stories in the CHristian Bible that talk about death.

That account is not found anywhere in the bible. It is found in the apocrphal writings. These are writings that were not accepted into the biblical canon. I am not certain, but I think the account of Peter's death is in a document called the Gospel of Peter.
