Moses was the only person to see God, and even then it wasn't like "Hey look at me! Im God!" Moses asked God to reveal himself and his entirety to him, so God told him to go up to the mountains, and God walked by Moses but shrouded himself, and pulled back the veil as he left, so Moses could see the train of Gods glory. (Train is... Think of the long part of the dress that the bride wears at a wedding.) Moses' face shined brightly (mind you God revealed himself to Moses at night.) that the people in the city of which Moses was staying told him he had to cover his face with a veil because the light was terribly bright. :) I dont have any references for you though, sorry!
