The Book of Luke Chapter 2 verse 13
It's from the Bible.
The Bible tells us this in Luke 2: 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
Glory to God in the highest is a phrase commonly used in Christian worship to acknowledge and praise the deity. It reflects a sense of exaltation and reverence towards God, particularly in the context of divine worship and adoration.
The phrase "Peace on Earth, goodwill toward men" comes from the Bible, specifically Luke 2:14 in the New Testament. It is part of the angelic announcement to the shepherds about the birth of Jesus. The message conveys a wish for peace and goodwill to prevail among all people.
There is no evidence that any did so.A:All the Bible says is that there were a "multitude" of the heavenly host praising God and saying Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men" (Luke 2:14-14 KJV).
Peace on Earth and goodwill towards men!
In Luke 2:13-14, it states a angel with a heavenly host "praising God and "saying" "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men. To my surprise, it does not say "singing." Praise means to extol, pay tribute to, highest exaltation, but it does not mean to sang.

If you're one of the angels in Luke, then you say "and on Earth peace to men on whom His favor rests." If you're somebody else, you say ... whatever you want to say, I suppose.
The theme is based on "Peace on Earth Goodwill to Men."
