No. The liver is located in at least 2 areas and in 3 depending on which text you read. The two areas all text agree on is the Right Hypochondriac and the Epigastric region while some also include the Left Hypochondriac as well.

Feel your chest area with your right hand on the right of your chest. Try to feel your rib cage under your skin. Move your hand down, and when your rib cage finishes - on the right of your stomach area, beneath your hand will be your liver. On the left hand side, at the same height is your stomach.

It is both the largest internal organ (the skin being the largest organ overall) and the largest gland in the human body. It is located in the right upper quadrant of the abdominal cavity, resting just below the diaphragm. The liver lies to the right of the stomach and overlies the gallbladder.
