The theory of a black hole and galaxies is that a black hole created a galaxy or was formed by a galaxy, if that makes sense.Eventually, our solar system will get sucked in. But this will happen in about over a billion years!add. For such a size of black hole, the timescale would be in the billions of years. But before which our Sun would have overwhelmed our Earth in its Red Giant phase.

If you mean that somehow the black hole can be removed or flung out of the galaxy than, no it can't, because the galaxy (or more specifically all the stars, gases, and asteroids, and dust clouds) orbit around the central black hole in a galaxy, they are just moving to fast and to far away to be pulled into the black hole, and if a black hole where to move the surrounding stars and debris would follow is path.
No, in a position where one could see the galaxy as a whole, the earth would appear as a far too insignificant dot, and would likely not even be visible.
