The (emergency) spare wheel is under the hood, over the motor, with the jack and wheel spanner.
Usually in the trunk in the spare wheel well.
Its in the rear left corner of the boot behind a plastic cover along with a bottle jack
The jack should be under the spare wheel along with the combination lug wrench/jack handle, under the floor of the trunk.
Open the hatch or trunk and pull up cover. Temporary spare and jack is right under there. Don't know what wheel brace is.
It should be in the black box in the trunk on the passenger side where the jack and lug wrench are
The battery is located in the trunk. You can remove the right side cover where you will see a wheel jack. Remove the wheel jack, then the cover under that and you will have access to the battery terminals. There is also a charge connector under the hood on the passenger side.
It would help if you gave the year of Escort you want information about. Most jacks are under the carpet in the trunk located in the wheel well.
Break wheel nuts(tool: Wheel tool), jack up vehicle, Remove wheel, remove brake pads( tool: by hand or flat bit screw driver), then remove brake caliper( Tool: either 12,14,or 17 spanner or ratchet), after that you can remove the rotor by hand.
In the trunk
1-Using the appropriate wheel tool,slacken wheels nuts,but do not remove , on affected wheel. 2-Place jack under suitable position under vehicle,and place a chock under one wheel of the other axle. 2. Jack up vehicle until wheel is just clear of the ground. 3. Remove the 5 slackend wheel nuts. 4. Remove wheel. Refit in reverse order. Hand tighten wheel nuts,before lowering jack. Finally, tighten wheel nuts ,incrementally,and evenly.
