The "sweet chariot" is hidden in the margin in Chapter VIII (Magical Flight). Look under the front of the flying carpet in the margin and you will find it. It is the size of a dime.
Now please help me figure out if the cloak of invisibility is really in the book. There is a symbol in the beginning with nothing around it, is that the cloak?
to answer your question, it is on the last page. Merlin's flapping cloak has the symbol (on its corner) .
