The name "Austin" is not in the Bible. That name did not exist at the time the Bible was being written.

Steve Austin once referenced to John 3:16 from the Bible and after that he said: "Austin 3:16 says I just whooped your ***!" which then became one of his trademarks.
It's impossible to tell who made a name up. It probably comes from the Bible, the Hebrew or Latin languages.
It's not 316, it's Austin 3:16 like in the Bible there's John 3:16. Austin 3:16 is actually a parody of John 3:16. Steve Austin just won the King of the Ring tournament by defeating Jake "The Snake" Roberts. Roberts' gimmick at the time was that of a born again Christian spouting Bible quotes (most notably John 3:16). Upon defeating Roberts, Austin said in the interview afterward and i quote "You talk about your John 3:16's; Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass!" The quote has stood as a symbol of the rebelliousness of Austin ever since and Austin 3:16 has become pretty much his unofficial slogan/symbol/calling card. "And thats the bottom line, cause Stone Cold said so!"
It means i just kicked your butt.
Austin is the capital city of the U.S. state of Texas.

I don't know if the very first copy of the Bible that Gutenberg printed still exists, but there are certainly still copies of the Gutenberg Bible in existence. The Harry Ransom Center at the University of Texas, Austin, has one. According to their website, there are only four other complete copies in the USA.
Moses Austin and Stephen F. Austin were not brothers. Stephen F. Austin was Mose's Austin son.
