Very crowded, but it also depends on where in Hong Kong you are. In places like Mong Kok, there are literally masses and masses of people, and it is impossible to walk without touching anyone else. The MTR at rush hour is also terrible, with people trying to cram onto the train even when there is obviously no more space. However, go to somewhere like Sai Kung and climb a mountain, and you feel as if you are the only person in the world, unless of course you meet someone else on the trail.
