You have to beat the Elite Four and the Pokemon League to get Darkrai. You'll need an Action Replay with a " Walk Through Wall Cheat" meaning you can walk through and on anything. First, you go to Canalave City and talk to the person in the house on top of where the sailer is. The person is in the house. When you enter the house, there should be a boy and a mom in the house. Talk to the mom and talk to the boy. When you finished doing that, the sailer should come in the house. When he's finished talking, go outside and talk to the sailer and go you Fullmoon Island. When your there, you keep on going east (Walking in water) until you get to Newmoon Island. Darkrai will be waiting for you there. Darkrai is level 40.
