That city is quite religious and there are rarely cars out on shabbat in the Jewish section and there is the kotel or dome of the rock. Then again, in other places like rochovot, it has the feel of more of a residential area. All in all apartments everywhere, disco techs, outdoor venders, and again, lots of night life. These are only a few cities.
