You can make a Keynote presentation using Keynote for iPad, which costs $9.99/£5.99 (I think) and export it as a PowerPoint file.
Keynote files are application extensions for Apple iWorks Office Suite. You would need to export the file before converting it to another format. And, even in doing so, there is no guarantee that the file's contents (fonts, layout, etc.) will be displayed as originally designed. In any case, export the file, then try converting it to a Windows format.
In the Keynote, go to File>export and select PowerPoint. Then it will be exported for use on a PC. Some transitions, fonts, and objects may look different. Although, the easiest way to email a PowerPoint in keynote is by going to Share>send via mail>PowerPoint. It will use the Mac Mail program to compose a message with the Powerpoint attached. Note: You can export Pages to Word, and Numbers to Excel similarly.
One of the Quicktime updates in 2008 broke the audio export for Keynote but updating to the latest versions should fix this. Use Software Update from the Apple menu to check that you are up to date. The latest versions are: Mac OS X 10.5.7 QuickTime 7.6.2 Keynote 5.0.2
