1) When you beat all of the game-shows, you go back to "Main Street" to talk with the inventor. He gives you a thumb drive that can reprogram Holmes.
2) You need to get past 4 security screens to find Holmes. They are sliders puzzles where you create a complete path from input to output (they are pretty easy if you know what you're doing).
There is a clue that makes this easier: each of the squares has a colored edge where it meets another square with the same colored edge. Match the colors (top to bottom, side to side) and you will have them in the right location.
3) You find Holmes and then you plug in the thumb drive. Holmes is reprogrammed into a friendly computer again. You receive the island medallion from the Inventor.
