Yes, it is the Tao Te Ching. This is the most recognized book, it has 81 chapters. Other holy books of Taoism include the Daozang and the Zhuangzi which have a lot more texts. For more information, see the Related Question below.
In fact, there is no day of the week that is particularly holy. Taoism is a way of life, so therefore, if you need a day of rest, you can take one. There are holy days on solstices and Equinoxes though. This is because Taoism is astronmically based. Little rituals or large celebrations can occur at either of these times.
Confucius' Birthday is celebrated. Chinese New Year is celebrated in Confucianism(likewise in Buddhism & Taoism).
