He will tell you that there's either "strong sunlight" (or something like that) or "heavy rainfall" on route whatever. Strong sunlight means Groudon (land route), and heavy rainfall means Kyogre (sea route). To get Kyogre, you'll have to go where there's heavy rainfall and dive in the nearest dive area. There wil be an underwater cave that wasn't there before. Enter the cave. In the cave there'll be another opening. Enter the opening. Walk up to the lake in the second chamber. Kyogre will be in the middle. You can figure out the rest from there. To get Groudon,go to where there's strong sunlight and find a cave that wasn't there before. Enter the cave. Enter the opening in the cave, go to the second chamber, confront Groudon in the lava lake, and take it from there.
