fuel filter for a 2002 powerstroke is on top of the engine lift the hood and you will see a black plastic disk about 4 inches in diameter, right on top of engine, un screw that disk like opening a jelly jar. the filter will just lift out rplace with new filter, new O ring for lid and screw lid back on you will not need to bleed fuel system .
