po 401 is egr flow insufficient detected replace the dpfe. fords are notorious for throwing the 0401 on a bad dpfe (egr sensor) also check for blockage in all your vacum hoses and egr passages.

The 1995 Dodge Intrepid does not have and ODB2 port, the Intrepids didn't introduce ODB2 until 1996.
Trouble code P0301 means:Cylinder 1 misfire detected
All OBD II connections are located under the dash on the drivers side. You may have to have to lay on the floor with your head by the foot pedals and look up to see it.
If it is a 1996 or later.
THE LIGHTER AND ODB2 USE THE SAME FUSE. CHECK TO SEE THAT THE FUSE IS NOT BLOWN.
The ODBII connector is located on the passenger side of the center console, just beyond the console cover. You do not need to remove anything to plug in your diagnostic tool. On the left side of the driver just above the foot brake pedal about 2 inches inside the dash cover. It may have a black cover on it saying ODB2
port should be under dash
The ODB2 scanner port is located on the passenger side of dashboard console. Left of the glove box. It's a 'D' shaped female port.
Under the dash on the left side.
Pre-2000 ODB2 port for VW New Beetle is in the centre console accessed by removing the ashtray, Post-2000 location is in the footwell, underneath the steering wheel, near brake pedal, colour coded purple if memory serves correctly.
It is in the fuse box under drivers steering wheel
