Where is the guy you have to see to beat the mission after your a top ranger in Pokemon ranger shadows of almia?
In the Chroma Ruins (Right of the Almia Tower thing), you will go through and there will be a dark haze. Follow through, and you should find a cave with two Skarmory in it blocked by a fence. After cutting the fence, the Skarmory will be released and you can find and capture one to clear the haze. After doing this, go up the long staircase and you should find the entrance to the Chroma Ruins. Capture the Bastiodon and use it to move the rock above the ruins. Sven, the ranger you are to meet, is farther inside, but I cannot help you any further.
