Where is a feebass in Pokemon ruby?

You can only catch feebas on route 119.you can only find them on the six tiles in the game, but their are 400 tiles in route 119.If you change the prendy phrase in the Dewford City, the six tiles are randomized.To get feebas, don't change the phrase in dewford city. go to the route 119,head to the bootm lake,then use surf.battle the fisherman,then you'll see he had feebas.now, surf and head to the north of the lake.you'll see the stones that looks like W.go to the left of the stones and use your old rod.you'll see other Pokemon their but just fish atleast 5 times,and if it doesn't show up,fish 3 times again.just remember to face south when you will fish.if it doesn't really show up,head to the right of the stones and fish over their.if you spot a feebas in that tile,fish many times to have morer feebas or make sure you have catch a female feebas so you can breed it. to evolve it,feed it dry and smoother pockeblocks. don't feed it dry pockeblocks if it is adamant , careful,impish and jolly because theyv hate dry pokeblocks.level it by one and it will evolve into a MILOTIC................BOW
