There is no lunar stone above or below ground. Lunar stones are found in XD. If you are looking for a moon stone, you can find them attached to Clefairies and Cleffas. Use thief or covet on them or just catch them. Wild Lunatones also have them, but you need Pokemon Sapphire inserted and beaten the Sinnoh Dex.
