Once you defeat the elite 4 go to kanto and then go into the cave. Then use the Hm Surf then use the Hm Waterfall you go down the other Waterfall then go to the hill. On the way up the 1st Waterfall you will see a pokeball which is a moon stone, run over to the pokeball and you have a moon stone or what I recommend is use ACTION REPLAY
