In the midst of the Anime Forest, where the kawaii trees grow, there is a clearing where you can find a marble obelisk depicting heroes of Anime history. Kneel before the Obelisk, and sacrifice an electric type Pokemon (this will not work otherwise,) yelling "Omae wa no shinderu!" as you commit the deed and by the I mean pummel it with your best hand to hand technique. Dap your finger in the Pokemon's blood, and outline the engravings with it. This will open up a portal, granting you entrance to the Anime Castle's throne room. Beware, the Anime King does no take kindly to visitors, so make sure you go with purpose and have a statement, question, or offering prepared.
