You can only get to the back room when you have defeated the Elite Four. On the Way to defeat the Elite four, near the exit there is a fat blue man standing in front of a cave entrance. He wont let you in, but when you come back after deafeating them he'll be gone. You'll pair up with someone to fight all the trainers in there. xxx
