There are two sets of switchbanks located in the front of the vehicle. The switches will vary with the options that are on your vehicle.
I don't know which one you refer to as bank 1 but the instrument panel switchbank is located in the instrument panel below the comfort controls. The overhead console switchbank is located in the overhead console.
