We liked Avis a lot. We got a nail in one of our tires and they took care of it by just giving us another car. We were in and out of the car rental place in 10 minutes both when picking up and dropping off. Employees are friendly and all seem to know their jobs. I highly recommend Avis.
If you need to pay cash for your deposit and want a new model car there is Global Autos near the airport and strip. They will pick you up free or for $20 depending on where you are. They are very helpful with directions around town too.
