If you mean the big-boss-brother-rock-king-goron-dude Darunia, then all you have to do is stand outside his door on the VERY BOTTOM FLOOR and play Zelda's Lullaby. "But why?" you ask, "Why is it that only playing this particular song open the door?"
Well...
I know it sometimes glitches out on the Project 64emulator, but there should be a carpet outside his door that Navi really seems to obsess over...
But anyway, if you z-target the carpet and talk to Navi about it, she will exclaim something along the lines of, "This carpet is so soft... like it's for an important visitor!" If you can remember, when you learned Zelda's Lullaby from Impa, it was said to be only known by members of the royal family. In this case, when Link plays the song, and the door opens, Darunia (Big Brother) had assumed that it was somebody important - and got pretty mad when it was just Link.
If you want to calm him down to be able to help him, you'll need to make him happy... maybe a bouncy, pretty song will help? (winkwink) But you don't have that song yet... so you might as well go catch up with Saria. :)
on the botom do the song Zelda laby on the carpet
You can to buy it in the store with that big guy.

By playing Zelda's lullaby on your ocarina.
it is in the ice cavern in zoras domain

you could answer that both ways. twilight princess could be bigger simply because it is newer, but i hear that ocarina of time is "the best game ever created".
Big time rush.
sneak in his room while he is at school, at a friends house, sleeping, etc...
Big Time Rush
In Ocarina of Time: as big as your arm when your a kid. in Twilight princess: probably the same. smaller if anything since i don't think you play as a child in that one.
You have to shoot a light arrow through all the big balls and then you can get to ganondorf. hope this helped
go in the mountain that is home to the goros as a small child or adult. There is a giant goru in there who will fashion it for you
