The 2000 Chevrolet Corvette blower motor control module can be found behind the passenger side dashboard. You will need to remove the dashboard in order to access the module.
I had the same problem with my 2000 TC, Check the blower control module. It's mounted on the fire wall in the engine compartment (right side) almost behind the throttle body. It should have a red and white label on it. It's kind of hard to get to, but that's probally your problem. I had the same problem on my 99TC. Tap on the control modual with a screwdriver.
The computer module on a 2000 Lincoln Continental is in the luggage compartment. The Continental was in production from 1981 until 2011.

It could be the blower itself as well. The first thing I would do is find the wattage of the blower (dc, I assume.) and connect the ground. Is there power to the unit?
