you have to go too the backyard of the castle where you will see boos. defeat the bigger boo and he will drop a cage. go into the cage and you arrive next to a haunted mansion. go inside the mansion to the top floor. ( must be Mario ). keep looking in every room until you find a solid ? block. bash it and you will get a power flower. use the power flower to get balloon Mario up to the balcony. then, you will see a door. go inside the door and you will appear in a room. then you will see a portrait with luigi on it. go inside there to go to the place where luigi is.
