I made this mistake too, Bruno is not a person (well he might be but we just don't see him) that little restaurant next to the salon in San Franpanfu is called chez Bruno. I get why your confused because in the quest the mysterious call kamaria says it like hes a person.

Not after the quest is completed and you have the Island Medallion. If you play the Bonus Quest, you go out (get a card from the roof) and come back, and there are no phone calls. During the quest, you get phone calls to alert you to alarms, and these usually happen when you are leaving one part of the mall and going to another part.
