It's under the hood in the engine compartment power distribution box, Viewing this box opened, it's the third one from the cut off corner, farthest from the circuit breakers. It may be labeled "Cig Illumination" and it's 20 amp. Have this as an on-going problem with mine. It also controls the power take-off port in the console and the power seats. My seats work fine but the lighter doesn't, so mine isn't the fuse. Could also be a bad socket or wiring.
behind passenger glove box .open glovebox remove clip inside top left pull in sides of glovebox as you lower and pull out. fuses are there but unless you have hands the size of a 5 year old your in trouble also i put a 30 amp fuse in instead of the 15 amp recommended as it kept blowing every couple of months which is pretty common apparently regards . It's in the kick panel by the passenger side footwell. Pop the cheap little plastic door off. It's a 20 amp fuse on the lowest of three rows of fuses. Your owners manual will also tell you which number it is. I had mine blow, and also had to replace the lighter itself. Ironically, the lighter does not work on the rear power access port. I think I read a long time ago somewhere it was not designed to.
Under the Steering Wheel. But my issue is the wires.
