It's under the hood in the engine compartment power distribution box, Viewing this box opened, it's the third one from the cut off corner, farthest from the circuit breakers. It may be labeled "Cig Illumination" and it's 20 amp. Have this as an on-going problem with mine. It also controls the power take-off port in the console and the power seats. My seats work fine but the lighter doesn't, so mine isn't the fuse. Could also be a bad socket or wiring.
