Were is the power window fuse and/or circuit breaker located in a 1999 dodge durango?
The breaker is self resetting.
The power windows on a 1999 Dodge Durango use a self resetting circuit breaker. There is no fuse in the fuse box for the windows.
There are fuses under the hood and on the driver side end of the dash. Not sure what "the breaker" is.
The circuit breaker is self resetting. you may have a short in the wiring.
Please ask a new question with more info about the vehicle and the problem.
A self resetting breaker will reset itself once the short is removed, repaired, If it will not reset the breaker has failed or the short is still present.
Automotive circuit breakers reset themselves after they have cooled down unless they are broken. If it didn't reset itself, replace it with a new one.
I have a 1985 B250 with a circuit breaker problem and i found mine behind the clocks situated above the steering colmn! Small box (3x3x2cm inc. electrical conectors) silver in colour. Hope this will help you. :)
On my 2003 I believe it is under the drivers side dash, right near the break padel. It has a plastic cover over it covering the metal cased breaker.
Now that is a very good question. If you could possibly explain the problem you are experiencing someone could help you.
There are additional fuses under left side of dash near steering column
