you do not have a relay for a fan belt. just change them.
The cooling fan relay switch can be located on the back of the cooling fan motor. The relay switch should be labeled as such.

All electrical circuits in a vehicle have a fuse or circuit breaker somewhere. There are possibly three in the Taurus AC circuit plus a fan relay, a fan speed control module, and a climate control computer.

The heater/AC fan has no relay just a switch. The Radiator fan relay is mounted next to the battery. It has 2 plugs and starts based on radiator temp and AC pressure.
It is the Volvo fuel injection relay . It provides the ground path for the fuel injectors. According to info I found, Volvo 1323592-1 is used as a cooling fan relay and as a noise suppression relay.
The common problem for the climate control fan not going off after the engine has stopped is the fan relay sticking. Replace the cooling relay located in the engine compartment near the fan housing. Usually if you tap it with a hammer it will go off. This is the fort sign its the relay sticking.

check your fuses in the main fuse box first, located under bonnet in front of driver. there should be a reference in the fuse box of which fuse supplies the climate control fan. Otherwise if Ok then chk the Relay located behind the fuses
